Position: Customer Service Representative/Loader

Status: Part Time (up to 20 hours/week or maximum 1,040 hours/year) and/or Seasonal (up to 40 hours/week April-May)

Position Overview:

A Customer Service Representative’s primary role is to assist our customers. Main duties include helping customers with merchandise, loading vehicles, property maintenance, and assisting departments with daily needs. Provides excellent customer service. A Customer Service Representative/Loader works under the direct supervision of the Nursery Manager (Riverside location) or Store Manager (North Main location)

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Greet and pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

  • Collect carts from the property and return to designated areas

  • Emptying trash containers in all departments

  • Stocking products

  • Property maintenance

  • Maintain landscape plantings on property

  • Clean Public Restrooms

  • Unloading inventory

  • Product zoning

  • Other duties assigned by Manager or Chief Executive Officer

Education and Training:

  • Fulfilled or working towards high school diploma or its equivalent

  • Prior experience in retail or other customer service desirable but not required
