Position: Customer Service Representative/Loader – North Main Street Location

 

Position Overview:

Main duties include helping customers with merchandise, loading vehicles, unloading trucks, property maintenance, and assisting departments with daily needs. Provides excellent customer service. ​

Essential Functions and Duties:

·     Greet and pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

·     Collect carts from the property and return to designated areas

·     Emptying trash containers in all departments

·     Stocking products

·     Property maintenance

·     Maintain landscape plantings on property

·     Clean Public Restrooms

·     Unloading inventory

·     Product zoning

·     Other duties assigned

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

·     Ability to provide high level customer service

·     Product knowledge

·     Verbal communication and interpersonal skills

·     Ability to follow verbal and written directions

·     Ability to work under pressure

·     Ability to work efficiently

·     Ability to work as a team member

·     Ability to stand for long periods of time

·     Ability to lift items weighing 50lbs or more, bending, on feet most of the day

·     Organizational skills

·     Attention to detail
